- How long can I rent a unit?

- What sizes are your self-storage units available?
Our units are available in an array of sizes to ensure we can offer storage solutions to suit all our customer’s needs. The sizes we have available range from 1.5×1.5 meter to 3×9 meter units and all units are between 2.6 to 3.4 meters high. - Do I need my own lock?
You will need to bring your own lock for your unit, or you can purchase one at our facilities. We recommend purchasing a disk type lock to ensure the highest level of security.
- What forms of payments do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept cheques, cash, credit card or online bank deposits.
- How do I access the property?
The access time for all Perth Metro Storage locations is between 7AM to 8PM every day of the year, and you can gain access with your individual PIN code.

- Are trailers or forklifts available on-site?
For your convenience, our customers at our Bibra Lake facility in Perth are provided with free access to our caged trailer and forklift.
