Competitor quotes should be presented to us in writing at one of our stores (verbal quotes aren’t accepted). They must be dated within 2 weeks of your storage rental start date and produced prior to that date. Competitors need to be located within 8km of our store and offering a similar type of storage service. This means a self storage centre with comparable facilities and security features to us. 

Price Match is only available for rooms of 53 square meters or less and subject to the availability of unit space at each of our stores. It can’t be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Price Match rates are guaranteed for a maximum of 24 weeks, after which the storage rate will revert back to our standard rate. 

Any quote offered by us will be honoured for 8 weeks. We reserve the right to withdraw this discount at any time. 

Accepted Forms of Payment

There are several ways you can pay for your account with us: 

• Credit card – We accept Visa and Mastercard (no surcharge). 
• EFT – You can transfer money direct from your bank account. 
• Cash – Drop in to our site office, open between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday, as well as between 8am and 2pm Saturday (we’re closed on public holidays). 
• Cheque – Post to one of our sites or pay at the office during office hours. 

Insurance Upon Request

Our self storage units at Bibra Lake/Spearwood and Naval Base/Kwinana are highly secure and monitored around the clock to provide our clients with peace of mind.
