Michael manages Perth Metro Storage’s online presence, social media, and local community engagement. He works with our digital advertising partners to ensure our messaging reaches the right customers across Perth.

Murray manages the day-to-day running of one of our site offices, serving as the primary point of contact for customers visiting or calling the facility. With 15 years of experience in storage and property operations, Murray brings a wealth of knowledge to every customer interaction — whether it’s helping someone choose the right unit size, processing a new lease, handling move-in and move-out administration, or resolving on-site queries promptly and professionally. His approachable nature and deep understanding of customer needs make him an integral part of the Perth Metro Storage team. Murray also liaises closely with maintenance and security staff to ensure the site runs smoothly at all times.

Kai oversees the overall operations of one of our storage sites, with a strong focus on maintaining a safe, well-organised, and welcoming environment for customers and staff alike. Drawing on 7 years of experience in facilities and site management, Kai takes a hands-on approach to keeping the site running at its best; coordinating with contractors, supervising on-site staff, and ensuring all operational procedures are followed to the letter. A key part of Kai’s role is managing the technology that keeps the facility secure and efficient. He administers the site’s computer systems and internal networking infrastructure, and is the primary operator of our electronic gate control software; overseeing access permissions, troubleshooting entry system issues, and ensuring all automated gates and barriers are functioning reliably at all times. While customer communication is an important part of his day-to-day responsibilities, Kai’s blend of operational leadership and technical expertise makes him an invaluable part of the Perth Metro Storage team. He is committed to upholding the highest standards of reliability, professionalism, and site security.

Geoff is responsible for keeping every corner of our facility in top condition. From routine maintenance and security system checks to managing upgrades and repairs, he ensures our site is always safe, clean, and fully operational. Geoff brings 20 years of experience in facilities and building maintenance, and takes great pride in the condition of the property and equipment our customers rely on.
